97 Challanger-engine locked up

i think i may have ceased up one engine. I replaced a throttle cable last year. i made an adjustment to it this year and the engine i adjusted locked up about 15min of running. It went across a lake and back. it was turned off and then just clunks when it is trying to start. i cant seem to turn the fly wheel by hand.any ideas.

Did you pull the plugs , then try and turn it over?

Take the cyl head cover off.

i did and the engine is still locked tight
