I saw a post on here a while back about the rattling of a ski. meaning while cruising about 45ish you can hear what sounds like a bunch of marbles or rocks ion the back of the ski. Someone had said the problem, just cant find it. it was as simple as tightining something down maybe??? any help?

if it's at idle... it's just the pump knocking around. If you hear it when you are on the throttle... there are problems, and need to find where the sound is coming from.

If its the rear... then you need to pull the pump apart, and replace the bearings. If it's coming from the hull... you may have a crank bearing going bad.

is it normal

Is it normal to have a little knock at idle? its not loud or alarming but is something that can be heard but only at idle.

Yes. It's common on the seadoo's to have a knocking sound from the pump at idle. The pump only loads to the aft. At idle, the impeller can kick in and out, and the impact with the thrust bearing will make a knock. Anything above idle will load the bearing, and the noise will go away. If it doesn't, then there are bad bearings in the system.
