96 XP Fuel Vent top of Hood in front of handlebars

Hey guys,

I'm in process of replacing my fuel lines on my 96 XP. How do I go about replacing that rubber grommet / seal that the upper fuel vent goes to ?
The one right next to the hood latch.
Not sure what its called, or I can't find it online anyways. My rubber grommet was all cracked and dried out and I need to replace it.
