Well, after changing the MPEM, DESS key ( I get 2 beeps when put on. ), CDI, and some other parts, I get it to turn over fine. Has well over 140psi in each cylinder ( Checked with 3 compression testers ). Ski has spark as well ( and lots of it ). Also has fuel and oil ( plugs get wet ). Is it possible that the rotary valves are out of place. Also, the 2 RAVE valves were slightly different, but I didn't think an exhaust valve would cause that big of a problem.

Let me also add that at one point it backfired so fricken hard that it blew a small can of bondo that was sitting on the ground behind it a good 5-10 feet far!

Any ideas would be great.

Well, we bought it a month ago and it didnt have spark when we bought it. I will also add that we just changed the stator as well.

Is it possible that the woodruff sheered from the flywheel?

I it backfired I think your ignition is off somehow, the rv would make erratic idle with air coming backwards unless the whole gear drive is pooped out.
