96 Spx 720 / no start

My 96 SPX does no want to start, I have a brand new top end and carbs have been rebuilt. I took it out once and it bogged because I had tested the rectifier and it was around 18 - 19 volts. So ordered a new one and replaced, i was their already bought a new starter solenoid and replaced both. Now the ski doesn't want to run, i have fuel (removed the plugs and cranked), it shows sign of spark, it cranks just isn't starting. Also with a full battery the low battery light is on. Can anyone help?

If it is cranking fast and has spark try dumping a little premix down the carbs and see if it will fire.

It doesn't crank to fast, cranks a little slow.

Check battery voltage when at rest and when cranking.

Check.toir connections.....loose cables will add resistance ...the higher the resistance, the lower the amperage and the slower the cranking

Also...load test the battery.

battery voltage is good, checked the stator i believe tis the stator not creating spark.
