Hey guys just wondering if theres a huge difference in acceleration and speed on these two machines. They both have 110 hp and the gsx is about 100 lbs heavier.. Does that 100 lbs make a big noticeable difference. I have never riden either of these machines. I want something that i wont get bored of lol.

I have been debating on whether to get a XP or GSX, i will be riding sometimes with a passenger and in rough lake erie chop. I weigh 170 and my chick weighs 120. Will the xp be stable enough or will we be falling off all the time?

Keep in mind she wont be on the back all the time, help me solve my dilemma haha. Thanks

unless you have another ski for your other rider, you will want the GSX.

get the GSX. that XP is so tippy it's not funny (hell of a fun ride) but I wouldn't want 2 people on it

and with how rough I've heard that water is... get the GSX. You also get a bigger tank I believe. that last 4 mile swim to shore is no fun.

Thanks, i heard there a some simple mods that can be done on the GSX like sponsons, intake grate and swirl impeller that would make it really run nice. Ill post up some pictures when i find the right one lmao.. Im very picky..

I had a 94 SPX (similar to 96 xp) and replaced it with a 96 GSX. Not quite as playful, but MUCH more comfortable to ride.
