I have been working on this for a few days and im stumped. It is a 96 GTX with the 787 and dual carbs. It wont run or start because im not getting fuel. I replaced all the gray fuel lines and then cleaned the carbs. That didn't work so i cleaned the carbs again. Im not getting fuel to the carbs if i can it will run but its not pumping fuel from the tank. I ordered carb rebuild kits and installed them today. New diaphragms and everything still not pumping fuel to the carbs. I replaced the line from the crank case to the carbs that didnt help. Im not 100% sure how the fuel flows as far as which is the return or the feed line to the carbs. I have cleaned the fuel filter up front also but i cant get fuel to my carbs at all. Any suggestions???

Thanks

Id make sure you have the right lines going to and from the tank, and try deleting the gas selector valve out of the mix. Take the line from the crank pulse off and roll it over and see if its doing anything by feeling with your finger or something.

inspect the o-ring in the inline filter. Member just posted, how his had same symptom and found his o-ring was leaking. Replaced it, all was good.

The inlet fuel line is at bottom of front carb, the return line is where the 2-lines off carbs, connect with the black "Y" fitting.

ok got it fixed and feel kinda stupid. A few days ago i pulled the baffle out to pump the tank. There was water in it and when i put it back together i got the fuel lines backwards and was trying to pump fuel out of the vent port. simple fix but i learned alot about the fuel system. Thanks guys.

Other problem. On a test drive i noticed the seadoo dosnt want to turn right at all. It will go left but no right. I just had it all apart to paint it and thought i put it back together right. The nozzle on the jet pump moves when you turn the handle bars right but the ski dosnt turn. How can i readjust the steering to fix this???
