96 GTI Half Ring

I have a 96 Seadoo GTI 3 seater. Great machine. Just replaced the steering cable and the half ring was pretty beat up. The previous owner used what appears to be a complete tube of RTV making it impossible to get off. Anyone have a supplier for this half ring, part number 277 000 168.
