Dr Honda Well-Known Member Jul 6, 2010 #2 If it's in the middle of the top... yes, it's suppose to be there. That's the place to spry in your fogging oil. Normally there is a little rubber plug... but most people loose it. If it's not there... don't worry. (I don't have them in mine)
