I was reading on here earlier and did and checked everything that was said to do. And it still runs good for about 15sec and dies out at 3000rpms. But when play with the vts is speeds up. And the vts still works. So I'm confused about what to do I'm at the lake now.

Unplug the VTS and see what happens.

when you say it dies out...do you mean..the engine revs and the speed slows??...cuz my GSX would ''slip'' sometimes..when the trim was up too high..turns out it was cavitation..when i would bring the trim back down..it would catch.....that was just the start of my problems..if this is the case,...then get ready to rebuild the jet pump...

I set the vts about center. And unplugged the vts and it runs great for about 5min then cuts out again and then it will kick in and run for a long time. .. I've checked all the fuses the fuel lines.

I think something is clogged in the fuel system.

Does this ski have the gray fuel lines. If so the Green Goo in them will stop up everything.
Like filters in carbs and fuel selector valve.

Once that happens you need to replace the fuel lines with regular Black Automotive fuel lines.
Rebuild/Clean Carbs
Clean or replace Fuel selector switch
Clean out the water seperator filter.

I just realized my auto correct messed up..lol. Ken the rpms drop and top out at 3000rpms

Your rectifier is bad. Unplug the red wire and go for a ride. If it clears up replace rectifier

Kinda dumb question. I'm looking at the manual on my phone and can't find the rectifier.. help...lol
