To start it off I have a 1996 GSX 787. I just rebuilt the motor and want alittle more power out of it once its fully broke in. Right now its got pod flame arrestors and a stock gutted waterbox. I just bought a R&D rec head (175) and a baffled TDR waterbox. I've got the chance to buy a Factory Spec II pipe but Im hearing bad reviews about burning pistons up. I'm not racing just a rec rider that wants more power. So are they piston eaters like they say they are? Also what else would I need to buy for it. Keep hearing something about a micro touch?
