96' bombardier rectifier issue

Ok, where do I start...I had some bogging down issues and with the incite of the these forums I figured it was the rectifier. Boom, I changed it and it fired up and sounded great. I noticed I was not hearing those beeps when I put the key in so I decided to replug the connections of the recitfier just to check, then two of the male prongs came off in the female part of plug so I had to go nuts to get them back on, in the confusion I think I might have swapped 2 of the connections and tried to start it. Now when I finally got it all right the ski would crank but not run. Any ideas?

Check the fuses to see if you popped one.

Is that fuse box in the fron or near the battery?...I really should know this
