Just curious what everyone's preferences are for jetting going from airbox to prok filters. And with or without the accell pump.

Why, the stock airbox flows more air than the stock engine can use and is almost waterproof.

Oh, mainly to make it easier to remove and the reinstall the carbs, change jets, test and tune and then fight with it later. There shouldn't be a difference with airflow but its just always a pain to remove and replace.

Yes, you will have to rejet and lower your pop-off, I don't have the specs but Matt B. might.

Just make sure only you ride the ski and don't ever let water get into the carbs.

With your accel pump still active 85 lows and 165 highs. If you delete the accel pump then 95 lows. Pop off 19ish. I did not invent this jetting but I've proven it true many times. It comes from a wave jumping/racing Aussie that goes by "Surf n Turf".

So probably not such a good idea on an early model xp, but maybe on an rx or gtx? Since the vent tubes are so close to the intakes.

With the accell I'll try the 85 and 165 just to see what happens.

That's only a small change from 80/167.5
How sensitive is the popoff?
