951 DI 2007 Neverending problems

Alright!
So i have completely rebuilt the bottom & top end, crank, balanceshaft, bearings, startermotor, pistons etc, changed magnetostator, volt regulator, battery, all fuses, fuel & oil. (All parts was purchased brand new)
It fires up no problem but goes into limpmode right away. Sometimes you can hit the throttle a few times before the warninglight comes on and it goes limp again. (Usualy if you let it sit for an hour or so)

Impossible to find a dealer that has ”the old cable”. So i cant check the codes. The beeper doesnt beep (exept when you put the dess key in)
It refuses to work properly.
I have no idea what the problem is. Need some assistance

Just bought a CanDoo Pro and it came with the old cable as well.

I second the motion on the can doo pro. They are about $400 but can eliminate a lot of guesswork.

Put a volt meter on the battery and start the ski. Should read 13.5 to 14.5vdc.
I know you installed a new rectifier, but I have had them go bad straight out of the box.
Is the temp sensor connected and did you replace with new? These can give you fits.
Knock sensor connected? Did you replace? They usually don’t go bad.

Just bought a complete electric system with absolutely everything connected to it from a 50 hour working ski with a hole in it.
If this doesnt solve the problem i’ll burn it to the ground.

Before you burn it, perform the test. It will tell you a lot.
Temp sensor will give you the same indications.
