951 Carb beginning to lose compression

Our 2001 - 951 carb compression readings have always been 135 psi until a couple of months ago. It's currently reading about 105-110 psi on both cylinders, but still starts and runs great as usual.
Any advice what direction do I go from here? Keep going? Time for a top-end rebuild?

If those numbers are correct then you need a rebuilt.
If you keep running it with low compression your going to ruin a piston and trash the whole thing when it lets go.
