95 XP Power to VTS module

This 7.5 amp fuse to the VTS module, is that in the gray/white box to the left of the fuel tank, down in there? And how do you get that box out or cover off? Don’t see anything in the shop manual about where this fuse is. VTS works if I put power to the RE-PU wire to the module.
