95 Speedster RPM range

Anybody out there have a 95 speedster or a 657x engine that can tell me what the idle rpm is supposed to be? I've been slowly fixing all the gremlins with this boat over the last 2 days. One engine idles at 3000 the other at 2000. -DR

in the water... your idle should be around 1500 RPM's. Out of the water should (normally) be around 3000... but it's irrelevant. To adjust it... you need the boat in the water.
