Hello everyone... and thank you for viewing my first thread as I am new to this forum. I have an old 95 speedster with twin rotax engines that is still a lot of fun to take out on my smaller lake. I have come into a recent issue where if I don't ease into acceleration the engines will give out. The boat idles at about 1500 rpm and once I get above 2500 rpm I don't have any problems and the boat will run like it is brand new. Its the easing past the first 1000 rpm that is a bit tricky. Since I drive the boat regularly, I have developed the touch of being able to do it without stalling fairly consistently. my wife on the other hand is hassling me that she wants to take it out but hates the back and forth of restarting the motors as she has yet to master the technique. Any advice anyone can give will be greatly appreciated
