The shaft bearing or the pump bearing most likely. The shaft bearing has a grease fitting and you need synthetic gear oil in the pump.

Where does the pump oil go into and if I grease it will it stop or is it to late it does no do it sometimes and sometimes it does after about 5 sec

A couple pumps of grease on the drive shaft bearing would probably shut that up. The pto on the rear of the engine wants a pump or two as well. I don't think that the previous owner kept up with that.

The pump oil is part of a list of things that you should do to up your chances of getting a long, trouble free ride. You have to pull the steering nozzle and remove the three bolts that hold the cone on. You can pull the fill plug on the cone and just dip a Q-tip in there to see what the oil looks like first........bet it's black as the ace of spades!

OK I will try to find the fill is it in the rear maybe I can find something on Google how to replace it what kind of oil do I use

Yes the link works, bearings are dry and screaming "grease me yesterday please". For the pump oil I use Mobile 1 75-90w synthetic from any auto parts store for around $10(quart).

Get it apart...I'd imagine the damage is already done. I have lots of replacements if you need it.

Theres plenty of info on how to do it, just use the search function.

The video is priceless BTW....you werent kidding...

What should I do I have no idea were to even start HELP ME lol this sucks should I try and lube it up or pull it apart what do I look for what do I do

Take the nozzle off to get to the cone, pull the cone off and take a look. See if any oil comes out or if its full of water.

And start reading up. Download a service manual.

OK how hard is it to fix what is making that noise what would a shop charge me I am not good at working on stuff I have no tools lol

OK thanks guys I guess I will look at this and get back to you what if the oil, has no water in it and it just looks black and I grease, everything
How do I know if the pump is bad on it.

Before you do anything else download a service manual for you ski. You can get one from this site if you become a premium member or just google for one and download it elsewhere. No need to panic.

The documentation noted above is excellent. It will tell you how to change the oil (even if mechanically challenged:)). If your ski does not have reverse, I believe starting at Step 5 makes sense. It is worth noting that it is normal for the shaft to move in and out (horizontally) by a considerable amount (1/4" or so), but not in the up/down, vertical direction.

The manual will show you how to grease the bearings. The obvious being the grease fitting where the shaft goes from inside to outside of the hull. Not sure if there are other points (I am still learning and have not gotten to this point yet).

I would say that if the noise goes away after all of the slippery stuff is applied, then all is good. I'm told that there will be a certain amount of rattle coming from the jet while not under load (on trailer) because the shaft movement mentioned above also happens until the ski is the water, at which point the load of the water pushes the shaft into place against the washer, stopping the rattle.
