95 seadoo gtx bogs when warm at full throttle.

I picked up a 95 seadoo gtx. I replaced all the fuel lines. I went through the carbs with two Mikuni kits. I replaced the internal filter. I went through the fuel selector switch. I went through the factory filter. I even added an inline filter to the inlet side. I replaced the spark plugs. I replaced the wear ring and the jet pump oil. It still doesn't want to idle but runs great with just a little throttle., When it get warm, it will bog down at 3/4 to full throttle. if you feather the throttle, it'll still run but bog right back at 3/4 to full throttle. Any suggestions? I tested the voltage regulator on the stand and it get 13.6 volts at throttle. Any help would be appreciated.

You said, "I replaced the internal filter"...did you mean BOTH internal filters in the carbs (each carb has an internal filter).

Factory filter? - do you mean the fuel/water separator?

The fuel selector switch should be replaced with the hoses, they degraded over time and shouldn't be "gone through"...just replace it (not an expensive part)...potential source of air leak

You will be told to REMOVE any added inline fuel filters...not needed, potential for air leak.

Did you follow the "Carb Rebuild" sticky post....great how-to.

Are all your cables adjusted properly AFTER the carb re-install......

I replaced both internal carb filters with the ones from the mikuni kit. I'll order a new air-fuel separator (the old ones has no tears). I'll remove the inline filter I installed. I had no idea it was a bad thing. I will have to go back to the thread to adjust the carbs. I didn't mess with any adjustment screws. I was honestly paranoid to. Do you know which link is best for adjusting them? Thanks for the fast reply.

I too was VERY hesitant to mess with the adjustment screws at first.....the carbs are such finicky things.....but once you get more comfortable (with additional knowledge), no worries.....follow the sticky post.

See picture for some additional info about the carb itself....

Not sure on the best link for your adjustment setting....my '96 is LOW speed out 1 turn, HIGH speed is closed (0 turns). There is a chart floating around somewhere...I should probably grab that as a reference.....but I don't have it handy.

The chart tell us...your LOW speed is 1 1/4 turn out, High speed is 1/4 turn out.

Agreed. I think you’re going to have to go back through the carbs and clean them again. Also, the part you need to pay attention to on the fuel water separator is the o ring. It needs to be replaced...

The high speed screw is the smaller screw that may or may not have a plastic cap over it. The low speed is the larger screw with a tee handle on it.

So I adjusted the screws and took it to the Lake while I'm waiting on my filter and O ring to get here. It bogged once but didn't do it again after I dogged the crap out of it. I'll update when the filter gets here this week coming.

Update. I believe adjusting the carbs may have done the trick. In another note, one of the auto bailers popped out of its spot and the ski almost flooded. Lol. All good.
