As clean as that ski looks I'd put an engine in it. I too would build an all oem engine. I build all my own engines so the warranty is on my back. You have to figure on how long you want to keep it and how you want to devalue the engine cost over the few years of ownership. I'm heavily upside down of every one of my skis and I'm 100% ok with that. I look at what I did and that erases what I have into them, it's still far cheaper than a new one and I also can't ride wondering "when" the engine in the runner I bought is gonna implode.

First off, if you spent $100 on fuel line you doing something wrong. Amazon 25 ft rolls of auto green shield line for $30 and s.s. clamps for $5 for 12. I wouldnt go with a SBT engine, ship yours to FullBore. You will get a better engine and better work done on it plus the warranty too!!

Thanks for all the replies everyone. Im in the process of trying to figure out what to do with it. I have it on Craigslist for $450 and I'm getting some bites on it. If I can get that for it, it's gone. If not, I will be sending the engine to be rebuilt.

Paid that or less for mine, on a newer single place trailer. If yours had all the black trim it would sell in a snap. I love my HX

Far cry from that, but it was a runner that had been sitting a few years
