Thanks in advance for any help you can provide me. The Seadoo wouldn't start unless I put gas in the carburetor. It would run for a few seconds and then shut off after gas run out. I took the carbs out and rebuit them. I took them out by taking the manifold out and then take the carbs out of it because there is no way to reach the carb mounting screws. Put them back together and jetskie started right up. Gave it some gas and reved up. I kept it running for 20 seconds or so and let it idle. it idled for a few more seconds roughly and shut off. I haven't been able to get it started again even when I put gas in the carbs or directly in the cylinder it will not start.
New spark plugs have spark when engine turns over
compression check is fine, 130 for both cylinders.
Gas coming in the carbs.
Fuel lines replaced.
Fuel filters in the carbs replaced.
some water, oil that smells like gas is coming out of engine drain port in the back when I crank the engine. the only thing I can think of is I have two on the same trailer and I think when I launched the other one some water may have gotten in this one. I didn't start it in the water. It has not been in the water since I bought it 9 months ago. Any help is appriciated.
