Going to need more info, but I will help with a start.

1. Make sure the battery is charged
If so put the DESS key on, does it beep?? Start there then we can start a diag.

Yep... what he said. (but the early boats have a key)

Is there spark? Is there fuel? what's the compression in the engines?

okay well i get back to work on the boat on sunday um the two smaller batteries were bad, and are being replaced today. i will know more on sunday tho when i put the new batteries in. i was told one of the motors wont start. so ill go from there lol

alright well the batteries were bad, so i replaced them. went to crank over the motor and nothin starter would hit then stop. like its hydro locked. on both engines. so i take the plugs out and blow out the cylinders greenish blue stuff (oil/FUEL) just shoots out i go to put the new plugs in and hydro lock again.... and im stumped lol

also i blew the cylinders out on the left engine. it is putting some smoke out the exhaust. and the motor on the right is still spttin crap out and its almost a milky blue green witch makes me think water in fuel. but i dunno plugs are gettin very wet also not sure how wet is too wet. the are newish but wondering if they are saturated .

Clean the plugs off with carb cleaner... and use a little starter fluid directly in the spark plug holes to get it to fire. I don't normally like starter fluid... but when it's that wet... you need it's help.

okay ill try that. im doin this by myself so i dont have anyone to try n start it while i check spark but to me im not hearing any difference with plug wires on or off its not even trying to start. but there is vapor scomin from the exhaust so compression im not to concerned about.
