'94 Seadoo GTX 3 seater acting funny after hour of riding

Took it out today first time this year, warmed up normally and than ran great for about an hour. It then started to bog down after I would try to give it gas. Give it a few seconds and it would launch again. As time goes on it gets worse to the point where I am lucky to idle back in.
Last year it started doing the same thing but it was quick and would pass and all was good. Thought bad gas /water so drained and cleaned tank. Funny thing I heard today was like a high pitched sqeel like air sucking it's way through something, but it didn't last more than 5 seconds. I thought maybe gas cap If I got it started and tried to give it gas it would stall even with the slightest amount.Can anyone give me suggestions, I checked the fuel filter and all good. All hoses are new as of beginning of last year. I saw alot of bogging out posts but not to many replies except for newer models. What type of fuel pump does the 94's have? I had that same ski a few years ago. They use Mikuni carbs with a diaphragm pump. I think it's a square shaped pump. The pump is supplied with a pulse from the crankcase. You should check the pulse line and may want to inspect or replace the pump diaphragm. You should check or replace the fuel check valve and pressure relief valves. The are mounted on the sides of the hull, the releif valve is typically below the rub rail. Do you have the stock choke cable set up or a primer kit?

Does it have the original fuel lines on it? If so replace them and clean out the carburetors and install rebuild kits.

Fuel lines

Fuel lines are all replaced, end of last season. Did however take it out with a full tank of gas and it ran for about 15 minutes and then same problem. Basically the more gas in the tank the less time I get to ride. Am going to change the fuel check valve and pressure relief valves next.
