90 sp won't start

i have a 90 sp that wont start, rebuilt carb, 135 lbs of compression, has spark, did a leak down test and will hold 8 lbs for over 5 min., secondary coil checked a little funny so i replaced it, only thing i have not checked yet is the rotary valve. it is getting gas to plugs, checked flywheel mark at .086 btdc so flywheel key is correct, stator check good both low speed and high speed coils, any suggestions?

if you have gas, compression, and properly timed good spark, it should run. are you putting gas directly in the cylinders to help prime the system, this will help and definitely should make it pop.
