I just want to swear non stop right now. Greg still has the boat. The engines in it. Hes ran it out of the water, and hes waiting till tomorrow morning to put the boat in the water to test it out.

Ridiculous. I blame 1-2 weeks of this downtime on Greg. He could have told me about this box I had to buy which would have shed 3-4 days off. As of YESTERDAY, my dad went over to look at it and the boat is finished. Hes like all we have to do is put it in the water. I call him today and hes like well we hope to test it tomorrow morning in the water. Im like so you're going to break it in and all right? And hes like no thats something you'll have to do? Im thinking for THE LOVE OF GOD YOU'VE HAD THE BOAT 34 DAYS AND YOU CAN'T EVEN GIVE IT TO ME BROKEN IN?!?!?

So today I guess the boat is just collecting dust sitting in his yard.

Maybe he does good work, if you have all damn summer to wait for him to do it.

I don't know Greg that well, but he has his wife, and another guy working with him.

My dad and I had some words with Greg's other guy there and we asked them nicely to just go test the boat today. All it takes is 30 minutes of their time, and you get to go drive my boat! For free! I am paying for the gas! It was a beautiful day! Go enjoy it in my boat...break it in a little.

So the boat is ready for me to pick up tomorrow morning.
$38.99 I think it is per gallon of oil....2 of them.
$75 for S/H from Sands to SBT
$350 or so in labor for engine removal / installation.
Some spark plugs, and a few other things...

Adds up to $540......

My dad is going to be breaking in my boat for me tomorrow though while I am at work. I will get to ride it around in the morning until 1 or 1:30 PM, then I have to be back to the house by 2 or 3 so I cna get back to work for the night.

Then I have the weekend off.....

My buddy and I have an 8 person Coleman raft we are trying to figure how to get out to hanky panky. We have no 12v outlet so we can't deflate it and re-inflate it.

I told him just bring the kids pool (we have a like $6 intex kids pool that fits 2 adults, it floats in the water fine, and is just like a water bed)

Nothing is more annoying then breaking your engine in though....ugh

Well got her out yesterday for break in , and yes 1st 2 sessions , 20% and the 50% throttle time was rather boring, so far no issues. Takin her out Monday for the final stages of breakin and hopefully will be good to go.
I think I'll be sick monday from work (:ack::ack:::puke:) weathers lookin awesome.Nice being the boss , no doctor excuses needed.
