A Factory Pipe pushes the 717/720 to the limits all by itself. A high compression head on top of that would not be a good idea without using race fuel.

Would you do a package deal on two of these im looking into putting a performance head on both my hx

I could knock a few bucks off if your getting two but honestly those prices are pretty good for impossible to find parts that cost twice as much 25 years ago. Which 2 did you have in mind?

I know they are nearly impossible to find really would be interested in any of them but the blue one and the purple definitely caught my eye

I have used pipes and carbs on the 717/720 to get power and rpm. Aftermarket heads don't yield much reward for the risk on these engines and true race parts like yours are super rare because when the 717 hit in 95 some tuners were already working with the 787(called the slant engine then) on the XP 800's. You cant just deck the domes because then they would fit loose in the head shell. The machinist would have to follow the angles there and remove some more material. A shop like GroupK who specializes in PWC machine work might be better for that then a local guy but who knows. You should have about 41cc of volume in each dome for 165 psi. That's my best guess anyway.
