How do you remove the damper off the crank shaft?????? I am sending out my crankshaft for a reman and i need to remove it. Thanks

So it's safe to assume that it is just screwed onto the end of the crankshaft? The only issue I have is that the crank is out of the motor already. Thanks for the quick reply

2X4"...s

I have removed a PTO with the crank out before. You'll need to build a box with 2X4" studs and re-inforce it. With the crank wedged in this box, you should be able to break the loctite seal on it and get it removed. There's only about 60 lb.ft torque on it. A pipewrench should work. Be careful of the zirc fitting....
