2017 SeaDoo Wake Pro 230 water temp aftermarket part?

I bought a used low hour 2017 SeaDoo WakePro 230 and noticed the lake water temp reads 32 degrees. After calling the dealer (zero help) then reading the manual online it says only the Limited skis have the functioning read out. Is there anyone who knows what it takes to hack or mod mine to make the lake temp read out work?

Are you sure that it isn't just reading in celsius? That would be about 89 degrees fahrenheit.

That’s what I thought at 1st but it’s never changed from when it in the showroom. Then got online and read that only the Limited models show water temperature as in lake water temperature. My pontoon fish finder shows the lake temp at 79 degrees.
