2017 GTS without IBR. Can IBR be installed

Hello, Purchased a 2107 Sea Doo GTS couldn’t pass it up only had 14hours on it, would like to know if the IBR system can be installed on it? What RPM should it idle at? Right now at 1800-2000 rpm. Do I need a tech with a computer to adjust?

Idle is not adjustable, should be 1700-1800.
It's possible to add ibr but pretty involved and will cost more than selling the GTS and buying a GTI.
