2017 GTR-230 Exhaust hose keeps blowing off and now there is a loud rattle coming from what I think is the muffler

Hi all, been struggling to see what the issue for this may be, started a week ago, the exhaust hose blew off on instant high revs, put it back on again and blew off again a little while later with a high temp error on dash, took her home and cleaned the hose and pipe, put it back together and took her out on Wed, same issue hose blew off again but managed to get it back on, some top bloke soaked me as I was getting it back on but then there seemed to be a rattle (loud) with the cover off. Can anyone advise please? Thanks in advance
