Installed new battery after ski sat a bit.. and im getting NOTHING.. MO clicks, no dash, no beeps Nothjng..

Fuse or relay?

Please help with any suggestions about a master fuse or ?

Just tossing this out there but assuming all battery connections are good, hit the start/stop button then attach dess key.

and was the ski completely dead before you changed the battery?

Thank you, i know the procedure you mention, and typically the console would come up and giving me a matter of moments to insert the DESS key, otherwise it would then go back to sleep and id have to repeat.

I believe it was alive if not just prolematic

1. Make sure your new battery is good.
2. Make sure you did not reverse polarity.
3. Check all fuses.
4. Test all relays and replace the 30 amp main in the fuse box it could be sticking open.

Will do as you solidily suggest to do.
I know for sure that polarity was not incidentally inverted.
How can the relays vs fuse be tested easily mn

Relays I have read are somewhat tricky to test and when they test good on the bench they sometimes still are finicky. The 30amp main relay is common and fairly inexpensive to just replace.
