Any help appreciated I am able to remove top plastic cover on handlebars but can not figure out how to remove bottom plastic that encases the handlebars I can buy the parts no problem but do not want to purchase unless I can get the bottom piece off I can find nothing on the net or you tube and no schematic any where please help thanks .
