2015 wake 215 rough idle, wont accelerate properly

Hi, I have a 2015 wake pro 215. I took it out first time this season and it was rough idle, won't take off, shaking like it has a miss. It will occasionally hit and take off for a second then bog back off. I suspected bad gas, went and filled up (it was completely empty) but no luck. Maybe plugs? I've searched here can't find much that is exactly what I'm having. So I appeal to you experts. Thanks so much! I'll attach a link to a video of it at idle. You can hear it Rev up for a second like it should, then back to rough Missy sound.

Spark plugs, especially if they weren’t new last fall.

Thank you for your reply, as an update I've run it a little more today and it seems to be getting some better. It will now run about 40mph instead of 10mph. I'm going to run it a bit more and see if it clears up, but plugs will be on top of the list if something else doesn't show to be wrong.

Anybody able to give me the NGK number for 2014 wake 215? Or another brand that is recommended?

Advance had them. I'll change them tomorrow and see what happens.

So I changed them this morning, and plug closest to the front was soaked in clean oil. Do I have a valve or ring problem? Or is that likely oil from when the fogged it to winterize? Both other plugs were clean.
