So I rebuilt the engine and it started and ran just fine and now nothing comings on like it is getting no power to anything and the screen will not come on. Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated

Start with checking fuses, load testing battery, and making sure electrical connections are good. Sometimes the relay in the fuse box goes bad and causes issue you are experiencing.

I did all but nothing works cause it’s acting like it’s not getting power buts a brand new battery and it was running so it doesn’t make sense to me

If the issue is power, check all connection starting at battery and follow cables downstream. Make sure your ground is good too.

So the problem was a ground wire, so now the screen lights up and the sky is getting power but now no power is getting to the starter and the solenoid won't even click

Off to a good start. I would once again check your fuses and relays now that you are getting something. Then work the wires from the battery making sure everything is connected and there is no corrosion.
