Hi
i have a 2012 wake pro 215 i bought used 3 years ago ,,used a few times..last year it would not get running so i bought a new throttle body cause it would start and then shut off when i sprayed cleaner in there. Lots of salt white in it. been sitting in garage for a year. Now got around to putting in new throttle body. Have battery that is fully charged. Will not power up at all but does click when pushing button. Put on new starter relay box on fuse Still does not power up. now put on new starter solenoid. Still will not power up at all. But still does the click. The fuse box has signs of salt residue. All fuses taken out and sprayed real good with electrical spray. Put all new fuses back in except 3. Still does not power on at all. Please does anyone have any other ideas?? No power signs on anything except the one click from the relay. Thanks. Even though i have power to the battery and starter solenoid could this fuse box still be the iisue with cluster not even having power?

I just had a similar issue but I my wake was totally dead. The ground wire on the engine block was corroded and lost ground. Jump the solenoid and see if it turns over and if it doesn't, it's a bad battery, ground and or a starter solenoid.

It looks like it definately is in your wiring, knowing there is corrosion present. Your not getting contact somewhere, which the clicking sound when start button pressed is a classic sign. If your battery, starter solenoid, and fuses are all known good then the only other issue would be lack of power distribution due to faulty wiring. I would go ahead and start changing out wires, starting with the starter wire and ground.

The problem is in your pictures. Remove the comb connectors and clean them.
