2012 GTX (38CA,38CB) VS (38CS, 38CR)

What is the difference between these model numbers? 2012 GTX 155 - (38CA,38CB) VS (38CS, 38CR)?
I find that the 38CB and 38CS are "international" and the 38CA & 38CR are "North America". But then what is the difference between the 38CA & 38CR North America models? I'm sourcing a replacement LCD Guage and the part numbers and, more importantly, the price is substantially different between the 38CA & 38CR. and lastly, how can you tell if your machine is 38CA or 38CR?

I don't know how to tell the difference between the two models, but on Greenhulk.net, both LCD's have the same price of $839.

The LCD's also appear to have a different shape:

Not different shape, one is upside down. I suspect the intl version is metric units as a default.
