2012 gti 130 out of water

Hey guys new here! Ive had my ski for a few years bought it new. i have 112 hours on it and all of sudden every time i flush the motor it sounds like the idle goes down for a brief moment then it is back at normal idle. As if the motor is going to die out just for a quick second. Should i be worried? Motor and ski run Great in the water no issues at all. Thanks guys!
