Can't seem to find any places that have parts for the 2012's. Will the 2011 parts fit it?
Also, how much more performance can you expect from upgrading impellers to like a Solas and upgrading the intake grate? I've heard exhaust upgrades on these basically do nothing for performance, but what about intake filters? They claim 3-5HP?
And yes, I realize that a GTI 130 will never be a 65+MPH machine. Just looking for a little more bump out of it.

Surely there's enough knowledge on this board to give some input/info on this?? lol

heh...new ski so can't help re parts ect.

As for air intake upgrades?...sure. You can make your own 4" upfront intake...then maybe tweek your oem prop a bit. Do some bolt hole filling...maybe flush your existing grate. It'll help you beat the next 130ish ski on your water.

just noticed...Morgan City, La? Know Jerry Gaddis?...if not...look him up.

Nah, but is he the guy that runs a PWC business form his home or something like that??

Edit: Apparently he runs/owns the green hulk forums? And he lives about a block away from a friend of mine. lol Cool, if I need any parts I can give him a holler and pick em up strait from him.

Also, I'm new to modding, can you go a little further into detail with the things you said?
Is just buying a new prop and intake grate not worth it, or?

Without more power your motor won't spin a bigger prop very well. It's why I suggested you increase the size of your air intake. If that isn't a go option for you I would clean up the hull and call it good. A bigger more aggresive grate will slow you more than help you.

The 130 imo was built to be a quiet reliable gas miser, i had an 06' and didnt see much past 50mph, if u want a go fast ski dump the gti 130 (there is a market for it) and get something sportier.

I know this is my first post, but I just purchased a 2012 GTS 130. I know its the honda grocery getter of the ski world. In sport mode i'm acheiving 56-57mph on flat water. Thats pretty quick for a ski that is 8299.00.

Hell the Yamaha VX sport is 100 dollars more with only a 1100cc motor (110hp)/heavy pig compared to the sea doo which is 735 and has 1500cc motor.

For the money/power ratio the sea-doo gts/gti 130 win hands down
