2012 180 Challenger SE bow eye loose?

I bought it new and it has 8 hours on it. The top of the bow eye is loose. I can see around 2 threads coming out of the hull. I cant seem to find access to the back side to tighten it down. Ideas?

If it were mine, I'd be taking it back to the dealer. That's a warranty issue.

The dealer is an hour and 10 minutes each way vs a few turns with a wrench. I just cant find a way in.

Maybe a call to him would be in order? He could tell you how to do it and would know you are having a problem you are willing to attempt to fix yourself. With a dealer, it's all about developing relationships.

Other than that, maybe if you posted this in the boat forum you may have someone respond that knows those vehicles better. This is the PWC forum.
