2011 Seadoo Speedster 155 horsepower engine bay airflow question

I live at an elevation of 4700' and my speedster seems to run okay. I can only top it out at 41 miles an hour and I have no other issues other than the air being thin. With the bilge blower be on the starboard side right above the air intake and the hose going underneath air filter, would it be better to put it on the port side and letting the fresh air come from the starboard hole right above the air filter. I know it won't increase the air flow but would did make the quality of the air going into the engine better? I am getting a high elevation pitched impeller from Leading Edge and replacing fuel filters. Spark plugs are fresh, injectors are clean and everything else seems good on the boat, just trying to squeeze every mph can out of it

The gauge says 32-33. GPS says 40-41.

What elevation are you at?
Im also about to recieve my new high elevation pitched impeller and I'll be testing it out on monday.

New impeller on and topped out between 44-45. Thinking the wind might have been at play but at nearly 5000' elevation, ill take it. Also went from 6300 rpm to 7000.
