2011 gts 130 boarding step

Guys I just purchased a 2011 gts 130 (base model). I have read somewhere that I can mount the boarding step, which comes on more expensive models, on my base gts 130. Anyone know anything about this??? Any info on how hard it would be to mount???

Yes.. you can get one. They aren't hard to mount... but you have to drill holes in the back of your hull. I never priced the OEM step... but the aftermarket steps run about $170.

My Genesis has a rear step... and when you want to jump off to swim... it's nice for getting back on.
