2011 GTI ECU Update

Called BRP today to check out the recall status on all of my seadoo's. They said my 2011 GTI SE 130 needs to have an update done to the ecu, does anyone know what it does?

Not too sure what changes were made to it. Did BRP not wanna explain the changes?

not too sure either.. all i know is the dealer had to to an upgrade before i picked up my 06 gtx a week ago..

Friend, who has the same boat as me, said he had his done because of a glitch in the IBR programming. His got stuck in the down position one time, its supposed to correct it.
