2010 sea doo gti 130 reverse not good

Hi Friend
I had my 2010 sea doo gti 130 changed oil and water leak, I have a mechanic changed seal and impeller shaft plus carbon ring, jet ski was returned to me, I took the ski for a water test today, But found the reverse not as good as before, even you put the accelerator hard, it would not reverse as quick as before, Could any friends suggest what is the problem?

Does the reverse bucket go down fully when you pull the reverse lever?

I would say obviously your mechanic put something back together wrong. Take the ski back to him and let him fix it. Very difficult to diagnose a problem when we can’t see the ski and it’s put together wrong.
