2010 RXT-S NOT REACHING TOP SPEED

hi forum, sold all of my GTX 2 stroke and bought a 2010 RXT-S. has 106 hrs, 100 hr service, dealer rebuilt supercharger. took it out for the first time started first try.warmed it up and started the ride ran it up to full throttle and could only get about 40 mph. brought it home and hooked up my CANDOO scanner. it showed 4 codes that i cant find. B2200 CLUSTER C2161 IBR C 2315 IBR MONITOR C 2336 IBR MONITOR, checked the key and its the normal not the learner key. 60 history showed the TPS 99.45 %. engine torque 99.45% i can hear the supercharger spooling up in and out of the water. any ideas or help appreciated

How does the wear ring in the jet pump look?

also check the water dam on the back of the jet cone to see if it is moving to the fully up position when the sjki is in forward. I think the normal rest position when the ski is shut down is fully down position, like it would be if in reverse. It has to move to the up position when the ski is running and in forward. If the motor doesn't move it to the fu;;ly up position it will cause the ski to not reach top speed. You can check this on the trailer by starting it up and hitting forward. Someone else needs to be in back of the ski watching the water dam move. If it's not functioning correctly that would explain the codes you pulled related to the Intelligent Brake and Reverse sensor.
