Cant figure this one out. Seems to have stumped the shop too. My machine wont power up. 12.9 volts at the battery. (Its brand new and charged up) all fuses are good, ground is good and post have cleaned up and i put in a new relay. Ive done all the troubleshooting i can find and have no idea whats going on. Tried with and without the key and still get nothing. There are no recalls on the machine as i thought it might be the mpem. This machine has 15hrs on it and i bought it new last year (old stock) very disappointed with BPR at this point. Any ideas would be great.

Jump the solenoid, does it crank then?
Look for a bad feed wire to the MPEM. I'd run an extra ground from the battery to the block.
Update. Tried the ground to block didnt help but i pulled that relay, bench tested it put it back in and reconnected the battery. Pushed the start button nothing. Pushed the start button again like 5x and the thing came to life. Problem now does not recognize the keys. Tried both the learning key and normal key. The dash displays reading key.

The start/stop switch or dess post has problem which of one the two is defective try to replace it......
