I'm planning to perform my own oil change on my new GTX. I'm trying to determine what size external Torx socket to use to remove the bolt holding the filter/cap. The dealer wasn't helpful so I thought I would post the question here.
I believe it's either an external Torx E8 or E10. My brother-in-law said a 12 point socket would also work, depending on if its standard or metric. I'd prefer to purchase the correct socket.
