2009 RXT 255 IS IBR failure

I have an 09 RXT which I bought without doing my due diligence. Getting trouble codes C 2131, P1661 and C 2146. I have done enough research on the forums but have not pinpointed the problem. Not sure if it is wiring or the IBR actuator which is damn expensive.
My question . Is the actuator unit repairable?
Does the motor fail ?
Has anyone done any repairs or discovered what fails in the unit?
There are several threads but no clear answers.

there are couple Threads where you pull the ibr,,,disassemble it…and give battery voltage to the motor to f ts the motor or the module',,there are replacement motors out there for $25.00…..but the modules are extremely xpensive.
