just replaced the impeller and housing due to damage(never lend your machine to someone that says they know what they are doing) dont have any lights or fault codes on it but it will not rev past 5200. seems like it has no power. it used to jump out of the hole know it takes a couple seconds. it only has 40 hours on it would it be the super charger? or would that show up as a fault code? it had a code before i repaired it this spring but i didnt write it down. it was cavitating and had a rock stuck in it that chewed the wear ring in half and curled all the impeller blades and cracked the housing.

Check SC for boost pressure... grip the SC to carb air hose and squeeze it slightly while running on trailer/lift, goose the throttle you should feel air pressure build in the hose (like a balloon inflating out as you squeeze it). If you feel nothing, something's wrong with the SC you'll need to pull it.
Be very very careful who you let take your boat for a drive without you! I don't care what they say they have to have ME ride shotgun with them for a bit before I'll let anybody take my craft out without me and even then they have to stay in the area where I can see them!

Yeppers. There are rebuild kits available online PWC stores or Ebay for certain. The kits come with instructions, I haven't had to do mine yet maybe next year or year after I'll be approaching the 100 hr mark.
