Once it cools off for about 30 minutes, It will start and run perfect for about 10 minutes, then when it warms up , same situation, will restart but stalls instantly. I replace the key and the DESS post. At the end off last season, I replaced the plugs and coils. Any suggestions on what the problem may be?

Maybe your fuel pump? A pressure test would be needed for that. When it stalls does the power to everything just stop also?

I’m not saying that it is not a fuel pump, but the pump is in the gas tank. This seems to be related more to engine temperature, not ambient temperature. I live in Alabama and it has been hot when it running good. I don’t think power dies to everything because it will restart but die immediately and the dash and beeper still works.
The problem with checking the pressure, when it’s cold it works good , by the time I get it out to check it, it has cooled down and will be working fine again. This shut down is a quick shut down ,like the switch cuts off, it doesn’t spitter or sputter then die.

Another thought, if it was the 30 Amp relay, would it re- crank? Mine will re-crank then die instantly. Just won’t run.

If it always cranks and doesn’t start its not the relay. If it’s intermittent cranking it still could be the relay

You have a closed loop cooling system. Have you pressure tested that? Made sure there's a sufficient amount of coolant in the loop? Never checked one before but I would start by looking in the ride plate heat exchanger.

I checked the coolant level and it was full. It only has 127 hour on the seadoo.
I do not have any high temperature warnings.
I was wondering if it could be a failed coolant or exhaust temperature sensor that only fails when it gets hot? Would that shut down the engine without sending an alarm?
